
Kamal Bali is the Managing Director of the Volvo Group in India. With a career spanning three decades, predominantly in the Automotive (tractors) and the CE industry, Kamal has worked for well-known Indian brands and also established and developed multinational corporations in India. He has had a broad experience in the functional areas of sales, marketing, finance, human resources, and exercised significant P&L responsibilities.
An engineering graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kamal began his professional career with Eicher Group in 1981. Later, he headed the Sales function for Escorts’ Tractors & Claas Harvestors nationally, followed by the position of CEO & Managing Director for Same Deutz -Fahr Group in India, and Escorts Construction Equipment.
Prior to joining Volvo India, Kamal was working as the President & CEO of LeeBoy India Construction Equipment Private Limited. Kamal is based in Bangalore and reports at the Volvo Group level in Goteburg to Niklas Gustavsson, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Volvo India.

Nitin Bansal is the Head of Network Solutions in the recently created Market Area South East Asia, Oceania and India (MOAI). He holds additional responsibility as Country Manager for Ericsson India. In his current role, he drives the Network Solutions function for the Company across key markets like India, Singapore, Australia, Indonesia, Thailand amongst others.
Prior to this, Nitin was Vice President & Head of Network Products for Ericsson in India; a position he held for almost 2 years. He has spent more than 16 years in Ericsson and has held leadership positions in sales and business development across different markets.
Nitin has a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Pune and an MBA in Strategy, Finance, Marketing & General Management from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business.

Susanne Pulverer is new CEO and Chief Sustainability Officer at IKEA India.
She joined IKEA in 1997 and has worked across organizations in different roles within the company.
This is Susanne's third stint in India and in her last role in India, she was the Country Sustainability Manager laying down a people and planet positive framework for India.
Prior to this role, she was the Business Risk & Compliance Manager at Ingka Group where she built the risk and compliance strategy in times of transformation and COVID-19 pandemic.

Ashutosh is responsible for Tetra Pak’s business operations in the South Asia Markets including India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Bhutan and based out of the Tetra Pak India headquarters in Gurgaon. Ashutosh has held a variety of management and leadership positions at Tetra Pak across Europe and Asia for over 16 years.
In his last assignment he was Vice President-Carton Value and Carton Economy in Italy, where he was instrumental in product development, deployment and ensuring product profitability. Prior to this, he was Managing Director of Iran and Cluster Leader for Marketing and Product Management, Greater Middle East.

Mats Palmberg is the Chairman and Managing Director of SAAB India Technologies.
Mats is not new to India, earlier being the Vice President- Industrial Partnerships in SAAB Aeronautics, heading the Gripen program for India and given his position in this program, he has been actively involved with Indian Defence industry.
Mats has been working with SAAB since 1984. He has hands-on experience of marketing, business development, program management and strategy.

Sanjeev Sharma is the Country Managing Director of ABB India Ltd., a part of ABB Group - one of the world’s leading engineering companies that helps its customers produce and use electrical power efficiently, to increase industrial productivity and to lower environmental impact in a sustainable way.
Group recorded revenue of US$ 35 billion in 2015 and has 1,35,000 employees. India is the seventh largest contributor to ABB group revenue and has around 9,000 employees.
Sanjeev has spent close to 30 years at ABB, having worked in different roles including business operations, sales and marketing, strategy and product management across Europe, South East Asia and India.
Prior to this appointment, Sanjeev was the global Managing Director for ABB’s Low Voltage Systems business unit, where he was based in Malaysia. He brings extensive experience in industrial automation and electrification across market segments and geographies and has led several successful change management initiatives across global operations.
Sanjeev is an electrical and telecommunications engineer and with various management degrees. His personal interests range from shaping young minds through mentoring to mountain climbing.

His Excellency Klas Molin was appointed the Ambassador of Sweden to India starting Sept 1, 2017, and presented his credentials to the President of India on Nov 23.
Klas began his service with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1985 and have served in many different roles since. He has extensive experience from the Asian region, having served as the Ambassador to Thailand (2011-2015), accredited also to the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, the Republic of the Union of Myanmar and the Republic of the Philippines.
He has also served as the Second Secretary, Permanent Representation of Sweden to the UN, New York and before assuming office as the Head of Mission at the Embassy of Sweden in New Delhi, he was Ambassador and Chief of Protocol at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Stockholm.

Anna Lekvall is the Consul General of Sweden in Mumbai, India.
Anna has over 20 years of experience in international development and democracy. She has held positions at the Swedish Mission to the United Nations, the Embassy of Uganda, the Swedish Export Credit Agency and the Swedish International Development Agency. Before taking up this post she was assigned the task to start up a new government initiative - the Center Against Preventing Violent Extremism (www.cve.se)
Anna is specialized in international economics and development, democracy, diversity and human rights. In 2007 she was granted the Jonas Weiss Memorial Award for her work within the Juba peace process.

Lila Poonawalla is the Chairperson of Lila Poonawalla Foundation. Presently, she is on the Board of KPIT Technologies, NobleTek, Pragati Leadership and Blossom Industries and Strategic Advisor to Erehwon and SmartCloud Infotech Private Limited and on the Advisory Board of ThyssenKrupp Industries India Pvt. Ltd. Lila Poonawalla is the Former Chairperson and Managing Director of Tetra Pak India Ltd and Alfa Laval India Ltd, Former Chairperson of DeLaval India Pvt. Ltd. Her Past Directorships include Industrial Development Bank of India Ltd. as Nominee of Finance Ministry, Bank of Maharashtra as a Director and Neilsoft Ltd. as a Director.
She is a recipient of many awards both National and International including the prestigious Padmashree, in 1989, by the Indian Government, which was received at the hands of the then President of India, Dr. Venkatraman and recipient of International recognition from the King of Sweden in 2003, with the Polar Star Award and named as the Officer of the Royal Order.
Besides her professional success, she discovered the joy of giving and hence, started the “Lila Poonawalla Foundation (LPF)” in 1996, while she was still at her professional pinnacle. Girls who are academically outstanding but, economically needy are gifted with an outright grant (scholarship) to pursue either post graduation studies and under graduation studies. She also has a special program for school children being implemented. Since its inception, almost 3500 scholarships have been granted by the Foundation.
